Bostik’s BEST® Wood Flooring Adhesive & Moisture Vapor Control is a professional-grade, one-part moisture-cure urethane adhesive designed for hardwood flooring installations. The 4-gallon pail combines high initial tack and strong green grab with a flexible bond and moisture-vapor protection when installed with the specified trowel and methods.

Compatible Flooring
Engineered hardwood, solid hardwood (adhesive-only applications), bamboo (adhesive-only applications), cork, parquet, plywood and approved ceramic tile, marble or stone inlays.
Compatible Substrates
Properly prepared concrete, plywood, OSB, recycled-rubber underlayment, well-bonded vinyl, terrazzo, ceramic tile, cement backer board, dry above-grade gypsum underlayments, and approved cement patches or underlayments.

- Moisture-control installation, engineered wood up to 5/8 in: 120–140 sq ft
- Moisture-control installation, engineered wood over 5/8 in or plywood: about 80 sq ft
- Adhesive-only, engineered wood up to 1/2 in: about 200 sq ft
- Adhesive-only, parquet or cork underlayment up to 1/2 in: about 320 sq ft
- Adhesive-only, engineered over 1/2 in, solid or bamboo up to 1/2 in, or parquet up to 3/4 in: about 160 sq ft

Important Installation Information
For interior use only. Do not use in wet areas or where hydrostatic pressure is present. Substrates must be structurally sound, clean, dry to the touch, fully cured and properly prepared. Moisture-control performance requires the correct Bostik-approved trowel and full adhesive transfer.
