Cancellation Requests

We at Pro Hardwood understand that project requirements can change, leading to the need for alterations in orders. Please be aware that cancellations are handled upon request and are subject to the type of materials ordered and their stage in the order process. Certain products, such as custom-made flooring and accessories, cannot be cancelled once production has begun. There might be a restocking fee for items cancelled during production but prior to shipment.

In cases where an order has been approved for cancellation but has already been shipped to another warehouse or the customer, restocking and shipping costs will apply. Please note that a cancellation request must be confirmed and acknowledged by a Pro Hardwood employee and cannot be accepted via voicemail or email from the customer. All cancellation requests must be formally confirmed in writing by Pro Hardwood. For further information, feel free to reach out to us directly.

Return Policy

At Pro Hardwood, our foremost goal is to ensure our customers are fully satisfied. We understand that circumstances may change, prompting the need to return purchased products. This Return Policy outlines our procedure for handling returns to facilitate a smooth process.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Any requests beyond this period will not be entertained.
  • Prior to initiating a return, customers must consult with a Pro Hardwood representative and obtain approval.
  • A restocking fee will be applied to all returns. The specific fee will be determined during the return process, varying based on the original manufacturer or vendor.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs to the designated address provided by our team.
  • We only accept returns for products in their original manufacturer's packaging, free from any signs of tampering or damage. Opened boxes, cartons, or bundles cannot be returned.
  • Special orders, closeouts, custom-made materials, discontinued items, moldings, trim, adhesives, underlayment, and other accessories are not eligible for returns.

We advise customers to retain any excess flooring materials, especially if only a few boxes are left after completing a project. In the event of product discontinuation, obtaining additional flooring for repairs may become challenging. Therefore, it's prudent to hold onto spare materials for potential future needs.
